Guest guest
Hey! I just thought I would introduce myself. My name is Cynthia and I am new to this vegitarian lifestyle. I just came back from being in Cambodia, and in that time I switched over to a vegitarian lifestyle. I have not found it really hard, but love the idea of getting recipes. If you get a chance please write me and introduce yourself, if you have time. and Thanks In Advance for having this group, I know I will find it to be great support, considering alot of my friends are not vegitarian. Have a great day Cynthia coolbana <coolbana wrote: Judy, there is no compilation that I know of, but has a search engine on the archived messages. If you wanted a good recipe for, say, Tofu Chile, you might try searching the recipes by that. Also, choosing the " sort by thread " options when going through the messages might save you opening messages on subject / thread that you have no interest. I have found this list hard to keep up with in the past, I have often set my options to " no mail " - at My , and simply come on line to the group site and searched when I needed a recipe. _____ Judy M. Since they are already up in the thousands of messages I was curious if anyone has compiled all these messages so a newbie can get them without going one at a time. Thanks, Judy M. Guest guest
Hello everyone, This posting is to introduce myself to like minded people. I live in England and grown a lot of organic fruit and vegetables. My family and I - including my son in law, daughters in law and grandchildren are vegetarian i.e. we eat no meat, foul, fish or eggs. I'm very proud of my children who have stuck to the principles my late husband and I taught them. Although this is not a chat line there might be others interested in our technique. We took them to farms to play with animals, participate in milking etc.,. and then to the butchers or frozen meat sections in supermarkets - do you call them supermarkets on the other side of the big pond? When they asked what cuts of meat are we said. 'That is a pig/cow/bull/chidken/fish etc.,.'. None of them were ever tempted to eat meat or fish. I look forward to participating in this forum, All the best, Rosemary _______________ Use MSN Messenger to send music and pics to your friends http://www.msn.co.uk/messenger
