Hi All,

 

I am Ahmed 30 from Pakistan. In this part of world spicy, oily, much

fried food is served with meats and gravies as the main course. Food

is generally prioritised on the basis of taste not on the nutritional

values.

 

I, however, have tried to diversfy this trend in my life. I am an

office executive with work time restrainst but try to go for gym

workout daily and maitian good diet. Could you pals pls advise any

diet programs or menus along with recipies for vegetables, salads and

other fiber food, would really apreciate...
