I am working issue 2 of Yes We Have No Bananas (a vegan cooking zine) and would love to see your favorite cajun flavored vegan recipes. Plus you may enter the RUM CAKE CHALLENGE! I need all submissions and entries by November 1. Contributors will receive a free copy of the zine. Rum Cake Challenge winner will also receive a food gift basket.
