Guest guest
Sally, How much weight has your husband lost? Heart rate sometimes goes down dramatically in people who lose 10% or so of their body weight -- mine went down about 20 beats per minute. I was using Weight Watchers. Guest guest
I'm not a doctor, but I am a cardiac nurse and I'm thinking if he's getting less triglycerides and his cholesterol is lower than there is less pressure needed to pump blood(lower BP)because his arteries are clearer. and then his heart could and would beat less so it seems to make sense. 2 months sounds like enough time for that change. kudos to him! jamie Veg-Recipes , Barbara Zanzig <hertz@i...> wrote: > Sally, > > How much weight has your husband lost?
