Guest guest
Dragon, I'm so very very pleased for you! I've been thinking of you and all the problems you have been having, and I wondered how on earth you were going to solve the problem of the extra weight that you don't need/shouldn't have. This is GREAT news. Now, I think that we need to know about Rosemary Conley and the low-fat diet. We do indeed know that any fat - 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil, butter, whatever, runs around 120 calories (and that's precious little) - mostly makes you gain weight or stay at your current weight, whereas reducing it reduces calories and weight without taking away required nutrional value of food. (Yes, we do need a little fat in our diets, folks, but a very little does the job. It's mostly in the veggies we eat anyway, believe it or not - no need to add!) I shall investigate this Rosemary and see what her diet is - but already I'm on her side, regardless of anything else, because she has helped you to lose weight! Hugs, Dragon, and more hugs (hey, you're skinnier than the last time we hugged!) - Oh frabjous day indeed!
