Hi Dragon,

 

Ah, yes, the dreaded stress.  I know just how you feel and have been there so

many times myself.  I think half the battle with a healthy eating and lifestyle

program is to be able to understand why we eat too much.  The good news is that

you have isolated the cause which is essential before you can start to work on

the solution.  That's a big breakthrough.

 

Next step is to work out some coping strategies which don't involve food. 

Maybe some of your stitching would be a possible alternative.  I'm sure you'll

be able to come up with plenty more.

In other news - 1 pound back on (hmm stress eating of 16 tangerines, 7 packs of

Walker's French Fries and most of a bottle of wine would have nothing to do with

it I am sure!)
