I was wondering ....on my Wii I have a cycling exercise which involves just moving your arms up and down like pistons. Guest guest
Oo sorry to hear about the odema! I hope you will soon be free from this and able to start your exercise. I helped because when I take my jack russells for a walk the older one refuses to walk back home up the hill so I end up carrying the little podge Every time! Guest guest
Congrats! Keep up the good work! Remember, there will be days you don't feel like being active. DRAG yourself up, put on the songs that always always always make you feel better. Sway a bit, and do your activities. Exercise releases lots of wonderful feel good endorphines. --- On Tue, 1/19/10, The Dragon <dragonsteeluk wrote: The Dragon <dragonsteeluk Yippee! Guest guest
I would love to be able to dance to music whilst doing the housework but I can't actually even walk that well (stuck on crutches due to an accident) and at the moment the doctors don't even want me to do the seated exercises I have The Dragon (aka High Priestess Enchanting Even weave) Current stitching - RSPCA Perfect Pets, Map of Durham, Cat Ornaments, Green Man http://tempewytch.blogspot.com/ - stitching/house http://tempewytchdiet.blogspot.com/ - diet/angst --- On Fri, 22/1/10, Hikikomori-hime <hikikomorihime wrote: Hikikomori-hime <hikikomorihime Re: Yippee! Guest guest
:-( I hope you get well soon. Crutches suck (and the accidents that lead to them suck all the more). --- On Fri, 1/22/10, The Dragon <dragonsteeluk wrote: The Dragon <dragonsteeluk Re: Yippee!
