Guest guest Posted January 20, 2004 Report Share Posted January 20, 2004 CARROT PATTIES 1 cup soaked garbanzos (1/2 cup dry, 1 cup water) 1/2 cup water 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. onion powder 2 tsp. chicken-style seasoning 2 cups carrots, shredded Place all ingredients, except the carrots, in the blender. Blend until smooth. Add to the shredded carrots. Form into patties (about 1/4 cup mixture per pattie) and brown (on both sides) in a non-stick pan until done.
