Guest guest Posted April 28, 2004 Report Share Posted April 28, 2004 Garden Burgers 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped (soaked overnight and drained) 1 1/2 ounces coconut, fresh grated 1/2 carrot, grated 1/2 green onion, chopped 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast (may subsitute chicken-style seasoning such as Bill's Best) 2 sun-dried black olives, pitted 1/2 tsp. olive oil 1/8 tsp. salt 1/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp. walnuts, chopped Process first 8 ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Fold in 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (do not blend). With wet hands, form mixture into a patty and coat patty with remaining 1 Tbsp. walnuts.
