Guest guest Posted May 3, 2004 Report Share Posted May 3, 2004 Oatmeal Peanut butter Bars Source: cookierecipe.com [may substitute quinoa flakes] 1 cup peanutbutter 1/2 cup brown sugar or sweetener of your choice 1/2 cup corn syrup 1/3 cup margarine or substitute of choice 1 1/3 cups. rolled oats 1/2 cup coconut flakes 1/2 cup raisins preheat oven to 350 degrees F ( 175 degrees c) in a large bowl stir together the peanut butter, the margarine, brown sugar, syrup and vinnila until smooth. Add other ingred. stir well. Press the mixture into 13x9 inch pan. Bake for 20-25 min. Let cool on wire rack before cutting into bars.
