Guest guest Posted June 4, 2004 Report Share Posted June 4, 2004 Fresh Tomato Salsa 3 medium tomatoes, seeded (about 3 c.) 1/2 c. sliced green onion with tops 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper 2 Tbsp. lime juice or more to taste 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh cilantro 1 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno pepper 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1/2 tsp. salt Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
