Guest guest Posted November 21, 2004 Report Share Posted November 21, 2004 Delicious Millet Source: Modern Manna 1 cup millet 1 cup brown rice 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 6 1/2 cups water 1 cup crushed pineapple 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup coconut 1/2 cup dates, chopped or pieces 1 cup almonds, chopped Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish. I've been searching for the ones that don't have gluten. . .and there are many!
