Delicious Millet

Source: Modern Manna

 

1 cup millet

1 cup brown rice

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

6 1/2 cups water

1 cup crushed pineapple

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup coconut

1/2 cup dates, chopped or pieces

1 cup almonds, chopped

 

Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish. Cover, and bake for 1 - 1 1/2 hours

at 350°.

Are these recipes from the Vegetarian Cooking School Cookbook by the

Vierra's?

 

They look like they are but I just thought I would check. I LOVE that

cookbook. Everything I make from it is fabulous.

Hi Tracy,

 

The recipes I've been sharing are the Vierra's and are posted on their website,

Modern Manna. I've been searching for the ones that don't have gluten. . .and

there are many!
