Guest guest
Thanks LaDonna. I'm looking forward to trying so many of these recipes now. We came across heaps that look really good. It's like having 100 recipe books, ALL with recipes that are suitable and that won't take up any room on the already overloaded bookshelf. I forgot to mention to everyone that we added some extra separate folders : - " GLOSSARY " , with information that had been posted about ingredients and which are often asked about. There are files on all sorts of things - from Agar to Vitamin C. - " CONVERSION " for those of us that aren't in the US and need covert measurements and temperatures. There are files with tables for weight, volume, length and temperature. There's even one for the alternate names for ingredients. - " GLUTEN-FREE GUIDELINES " contains information posted about what's GF and what's not (food and additives). Like the recipes, all this information was just too good to leave hidden in the archives, so now we can all find it when we need it. Kim, Australia.
