hi,

 

Does anyone know of a good vegetarian multivitamin for women that does not

have alfalfa. Also an essential fatty acid formula.

 

My cycles are extremely heavy and up and till now have been taking dessicated

liver. Is there a vegetarian way to get extra iron without having to take

iron (causes pain and constipation) Should i take just b12 and if so do you

know a good one

also formulas need to be gluten free

Mix 50/50 organic blackstrap molasses and organic apple cider vinegar for

the iron. Two tablespoons daily. Don't forget to take a vitamin E.
