Guest guest Posted January 25, 2006 Report Share Posted January 25, 2006 All I know is that I'm allergic to soy, beef and gluten (along with mold, cats and dustmites). One son is allergic to gluten. The other is allergic to shellfish, sulfa drugs, peanuts and treenuts (and just about every pollen out there). My husband is allergic to penicilin and other molds. My body is happy without it. No hives, no wheezing. I get a reaction within minutes from soy and beef. Gluten takes about 24 hours and then it's just the cramping, gas and being chained to the bathroom for the next 24 hours.
