Guest guest Posted October 19, 2004 Report Share Posted October 19, 2004 Curry Powder Source: Total Health Good curry flavor without the fire! 2 Tbsp. coriander 2 Tbsp. ground foenugreek** 1 1/2 Tbsp. turmeric 1 Tbsp. celery seed 1 Tbsp. onion powder 4 tsp. cumin 1 tsp. garlic powder 13 bay leaves Belnderize all ingredients together until powdery. Make a large quantity and store in a jar. **Available in most health food stores either ground for tea or as whole seeds which grind easily in a blender.
