Guest guest Posted May 9, 2005 Report Share Posted May 9, 2005 Peanut Butter Pate' Source: Tastefully Vegan 2 cups tomato juice, canned 1 cup peanut butter, creamy 1 small onion, diced 4 oz. pimento, finely diced 2 stalks celery, diced 1/2 cup cornstarch 1/4 tsp. salt Combine all ingredients. Pour into a double boiler, coated with no-stick cooking spray. Steam 4 hours. Invert on a platter covered with lettuce. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and parsley.
