Guest guest Posted January 24, 2006 Report Share Posted January 24, 2006 Guacamole Con Tomatillos 4 to 6 tomatillos 2 fresh green chilies (may mix hot or mild) 2 ripe avocados 1/2 shallot, minced cilantro, chopped salt to taste Discard husks on tomatillos and boil until tender. Combine tomatillos and chilies in blender, mix. Halve avocados and remove seeds. Scoop out pulp and mash with a fork. Add other ingredients. Season with salt to taste. Top with sprinkled cilantro.
