Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I wrote to the Orthodox Union, an organization of Orthodox Jewish Rabbis who declare food products kosher or non-kosher. I sent them the recipe for the GF matza with almond meal and tapioca flour. A rabbi wrote me back and told me that I am not under obligation to eat matza at all during the Passover seder but that I could eat that GF matza if it makes me feel better about the seder. I think his point was that people who do not have celiacs or gluten intolerance MUST eat REAL matza during the seder. I am going to write them back again because my next question is whether or not that recipe is kosher for Passover, even though it may not be substituted for real matza by non-celiacs during the seder.
