Guest guest Posted March 25, 2005 Report Share Posted March 25, 2005 Chocolate Bonbon Cookies Source: GFCF Recipes list 2 cups gluten free flour 1/2 tsp gluten free baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup coconut butter 1/2 cup sugar 1 TBS egg replacer + 2 TBS water 2 squares of unsweetened, dairy free chocolate, melted 1 tsp gluten free vanilla Cream butter, egg replacer and sugar. Add melted chocolate. Mix in dry ingredients. Roll into balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. " I send you love and good dishes --- from my house to yours!
