Guest guest Posted March 25, 2005 Report Share Posted March 25, 2005 Pecan Bonbon Cookies Source: GFCF Recipes list 2 cups of gluten free flour 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup coconut butter 2 tsp gluten free vanilla 2 cups finely chopped pecans Cream coconut butter and sugar. Mix dry ingredients including pecans. Roll into balls and bake at 30 for 15 minutes. Allow to cool and then roll in confectioner sugar " I send you love and good dishes --- from my house to yours!
