Guest guest
Does anyone have any recipes for GF perogies? Has anyone tried to modify a perogie recipe? I have a recipe for perogies in " How it all Vegan " . I was wondering if I could simply replace the 1.5 cups of flour with Bob's GF All Purpose Flour mix. Guest guest
They're not pasta. They're actually more like dumplings, which are common (with a number of variations in name and filling) in Eastern Europe (Poland, Russia, Ukraine). They're basically just dough filled with potato and/or onions, cheese, sauerkraut, etc., then they are often boiled and then fried. , " Kim " <bearhouse5@h...> wrote: > > I found this online. Guest guest
One suggestion that was made was to use flat rice noodle sheets which were cut in to squares. I haven't been able to find the sheets so I haven't done it, but rice noodle sheets are generally only rice and water so they would be vegan and gluten free if you could find them.
