Completely soy-free? No. Not a one.

During Passover, there is a dairy-free, soy-free margarine, but I'm

pretty sure it contains hydrogenated cottonseed or coconut oil.

Mothers for Pesach is soy and dairy free but you probably won't find it now

and it does contain exotic oils.

I was wondering this myself lately. Then I noticed a hemp margarine in the dairy

section of the natural foods store, but it was pretty expensive. I'm not sure

what brand it was, but I think there are at least several brands out there now.

seeds, will hit the stands. And in two or three months, HempNut will introduce

the first hemp seed-oil margarine: vegan, organic, kosher, nonhydrogenated and

nutritious -- everything, in short, that most margarines are not. "

Hello all,

I'm thrilled to have found this group. I'm looking forward to sharing

info and recipes. I was a lifelong lacto vegetarian, now vegan. I'm

newly diagnosed with celiac and celebrating one month gluten, dairy

and soy free today.

I think this question has been asked before but thought I would start

a new round to see if there are any new answers. I'm looking for a

vegan, non-hydrogenated fat margarine that is also soy-free. Please

let me know if you know of one that exists!

Thanks.
