Guest guest
Have you tried enzymes? These are supposed to be good - I just ordered some. http://216.114.78.114/webcenter/sites/HNI/Section.asp?SID=3536 & N=No%20Fenol The only fruits I can eat now are citrus and pear. I'm allergic to many vegetables, as well. Makes life as a vegetarian pretty interesting... > > > > Deborah > > I used to have grounded flax seeds in apple sauce every morning. Guest guest
That's a good question, Jenni. I would think only certain fruit(s) would be necessary to eliminate. An improvement in eczema after eliminating fruit would suggest an allergy, but probably just to certain fruits. Citrus fruits (oranges, lemons, grapefuit) and strawberries are the most common triggers. Apples or bananas can bother certain people. The least allergenic fruits of which I'm aware are raspberries, blueberries, pears, plums (prunes), grapes (raisins), dates, figs, cherries, melons. Chantale-Aline, how are you with some of these other fruits? Deborah did you cut out ALL fruits?? My eczema is much better than it has been at any other point in my life.. the improvement came when I went vegan... I never thought of (and don't know if I could) eliminate fruits! do you eat NO fruit? =) jenni > I used to have grounded flax seeds in apple sauce every morning.
