Guest guest
Hi, I am a new member. I have been vegetarian for 8 years and vegan for almost 1. On Thursday, my blood test turned up positive for celiac disease. Since it is a 6 month wait to see a GI specialist here, I have been advised to start on a gluten free diet. I'm still a little lost as to how to a variety of different things, especially quick and easy things. If anyone has any suggestions, I would be grateful. It turns out that my doctor was really wrong about the wait. I have an appointment for a GI specialist this coming Monday.
