I will post my gluten free version as well as the orignal. This is the way to eat your vegetables. Whisk together: 1 c. buckwheat 1/3 c. cornstarch or arrowroot 1/2 t. xanthan or guar gum 1 T. baking powder 1/2 t. herbamere (herbed salt - A. Vogel) Mix together and add to dry: 1/2 c. applesauce 2/3 c. apple juce if using zucchini or milk of choice 2 T. oil 1 T. maple syrup or honey 3 c. shredded apple or zucchini Mix until moistened, cook on griddle like pancakes until nicely browned on both sides. Original: 1 1/3 c. flour 1 T. sugar 2 t. baking powder 1/2 t. salt 2 beaten eggs 2/3 c. milk 1 T. oil 3 c. shredded apple Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
