Guest guest Posted May 21, 2006 Report Share Posted May 21, 2006 Chickpea Salad with Balsamic Dressing Source: www.sanitarium.com.au A very easy salad which is a tasty addition to any BBQ or picnic. 2 cups cooked chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 1 small red onion diced 1 medium tomato, finely diced 1 tablespoon (4 tsp) shredded fresh basil 1 tablespoon (4 tsp) olive oil 2 tablespoons (8 tsp) balsamic vinegar 1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together well. 2.
