Guest guest
Oh I LOVE Bragg's!!! I use it in almost everything! But it is not just a salt/soy sauce substitue, it has a lot of essential emino acids in it that our bodies need! Even before I became Vegan I made sure Bragg's was part of my cooking. Not to mention I like the taste. By the way, Bragg's can be ordered online if there is not a distributor near you. Will look around and see if I can find the link. nikki The present time has one advantage over every other; it is our own. That woman calls for " Braggs " in everything. Braggs is just a salt substitute so if you can't find it, just use salt > To answer your salt question, basic table salt is NaCl. Sodium chloride. Though it is vegan, it's not terribly good for you. You might want to try just looking for sea salt which they now carry in most major supermarkets. And if you are on a budget, you might want to try to stay away from " Health Food Stores " with the exception of when you are looking for a specialty, hard-to-find item. Their products tend to be pricier b/c the brands that they carry are smaller and they have to cover their own overhead. > Hope that helps! > jojo > " moontears19 <moontears19> " <moontears19> wrote: > Animal charcol is used in sugar, right? Guest guest
I love Braggs too and always use it on my salads! Luckily I can buy it in nearby Totnes. Some people on a raw vegan diet use it too because it hasn't been *cooked*. I can thoroughly recommend it anyone not only for its great taste, but health properties too!
