I want to try Bette Hagman's recipe for bagels. I'll use sorghum and millet instead of rice flour, but I'm wondering which egg substitute would work best. Has anyone tried the recipe with differing results depending on the egg sub? Here's a list of foods we avoid-- Eggs, dairy, wheat, rye, oats, rice, corn, soy, peanuts, lentils, kidney beans, eggplant, tomatoes, avocado, bananas, mango, strawberries, pineapple, tree nuts, and gluten.
