Guest guest
How to make your own soy yoghurt You'll need: 8 cups (2 liters) of plain soy/rice milk some vegan yoghurt or organic dairy yoghurt and oven and a thermometer, a jar and a funnel 3 3 3 3 3 3 3 3 3 3 3 3 3 3 3 3 3 Heat the soymilk on the stove to 140 degrees. That's important to kill all the evil bacteria that live in your soymilk. Keep stirring while you do that so you soymilk doesn’t burn. Then take the pot of the fire and let your soymilk cool to 110 degrees. Put ½ cup of the yoghurt into a clean jar and then fill it up with the cooled soymilk. Put a lid on and put it into the incubator at 110 degrees for about 5 hours. If you don't have an incubator you can put the jars into a warm oven but make sure that it stays warm by turning it on once in a while and then turning it off again. Don't let it get hotter than 110 degrees though or your yoghurt will die and you go to hell. After 5 or 6 hours you can take it out and put it in the fridge to cool. You can make a new batch using this batch. If you used dairy yoghurt to start out with your second or third batch will be completely vegan. .... Remember me?
