Guest guest
This bread comes out very similar to wheat containing breads. It is soft, moist, and yummy! Anja's Perfect Gluten Free Bread Mix 6 cups of warm (not hot) water with 2 ts of sugar or honey 4 Tbs of dry yeast let sit in a warm place. In the meantime mix 8 cups of rice flour 3 cups of tapioca flour 1 cup of potato starch 3 Tbs of xanthan gum 2 Tbs salt Add 1 cup olive oil to the wet mix, 2 cups egg replacer powder and 2 Tbs of vinegar. This will bubble, it is really fun. Let you bread dough rise some place warm, yeast dough is pretty needy so cover it up and let rise for about an hour. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit, Divide to into 2 balls and put them into oiled bread pans. Bake for 50 minutes. I like to add stuff to my bread like * Sunflower seeds * Caraway seeds * Garlic and fresh rosemary … .... Remember me? Since consciousness isn't limited by space or time, you'll recall that we're old friends...
