Guest guest
I'm not totally raw, but am trying to be raw for the majority of my diet. I was practically overdosing on Soy, so I have to cut soy out of my diet. That leaves me with almost nothing else to eat except raw foods (which, I admit are very hard for me to digest). I honestly don't know what to eat anymore... I keep developing one intolerance after the next. I hate living like this and get SO jealous of the people who can eat anything they want, without even thinking about it or worrying that it will make them feel ill. Guest guest
Why are you on a raw diet? Some cooked food helps us assimilate some nutrients that couldn't be absorbed nearly as well if not cooked. Beans, especially are much better absorbed when cooked. > > > On Behalf Of > Petluvr10 > Saturday, February 18, 2006 5:05 PM > > Raw Diet (Previously was " Eggs " ) > > > The problem I'm having is that I'm basically on a raw diet > now. I buy ones called 'Hemp Hearts'. You can put them on cereal or salad or any number of other things. http://www.manitobaharvest.com/nutrition/index.asp?itemID=73 http://www.globalhempstore.com/hemp-food/nutiva-shelled-hempseed.html Shannon
