Guest guest Posted May 12, 2005 Report Share Posted May 12, 2005 Black Bean Hummus 16 ounces black beans 1 tablespoon tahini 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 lime juiced 2 garlic cloves, sliced salt & pepper 1 teaspoon cumin ground In a food procesor, combine all the ingredients & process till smooth.
