Guest guest Posted May 12, 2005 Report Share Posted May 12, 2005 Carrot Butter Source: Nancy B. 1 cup carrots, chopped 1 cup water 1 teaspoon soy sauce (gf) or Bragg's Liquid Aminos 1 tablespoon almond butter salt, to taste Simmer the carrots in water until tender (about 15-20 minutes). Reserve the water and throw the drained carrots into a food processor. Add the soy sauce and almond butter. Puree.
