Guest guest Posted November 22, 2004 Report Share Posted November 22, 2004 Quick Mushroom Gravy Source: Modern Manna (adapted) 1/2 cup canned mushrooms 2 tablespoons flour of choice (if gluten free, use potato or bean flours or cornstarch) 1 1/2 teaspoons Chicken-like Seasoning (see archives for recipe or use commercial) 1/2 cup water 1 1/2 cups soy milk 1 teaspoon dry parsley flakes 1/2 teaspoon sea salt Blend all ingredients briefly until mushrooms are cut into pieces, not smooth. Pour into saucepan and cook over low heat until thickened. Stir constantly. " I send you love and good dishes --- from my house to yours!
