Guest guest Posted February 18, 2006 Report Share Posted February 18, 2006 The problem I'm having is that I'm basically on a raw diet now. The protein issue is tough! I not getting nearly what I was getting when I was eating soy. (And u can only have so many nuts/seeds/beans! Plus, those are difficult to digest, even when in pureed/powdered/butter form). I bought some Pea/Hemp protein powder, but am having a hard time coming up with meal ideas, especially ones with protein and that are easy to assemble. Any thoughts?
