1) Can we down load the recipes in the file section to mastercook software? I

really do not want to have to type them all in. Thanks

 

2) for some reason after 8 years of cooking GF food, I am craving gluten steak

that I use to make. IS there anything I could make GF that would be a good

subsitute?

 

3) Who makes sunshine burgers? I was at natures last week and could not find

them there. I was wondering who might carry them around here and thought if I

could look them up on the internet I might be able to find them.
