Guest guest
Amy Don't worry about anything but getting better. I had gallbladder problems in 1986 and had to have my gall bladder out then, but it took the doctors 3 months of fiddling around and several hospital stays before they decided to do surgery and I had a 6 week recovery time. I hope that your surgeon was better at it than mine and that you don't have a 10 inch scar - literally. There is nothing like a stone blocking a duct for pain. Not labour, not four c-sections compared. On the other hand, that's when I learned I was deathly allergic to morphine as well - smile. Glad it is over with for you and that you are recovering. Take care of yourself. BL
Guest guest
Thank you for the note Brenda-Lee, I found out I was allergic to Moraphine when I had my c-section 10 years ago. What a way to find out. These days you rarely end up with a 10 inch scar. My mom has one from about 20 years agowhen she had her gall bladder out. I have 4 holes. Should heal without scaring. But I am so sore from coughing with broncittus this last week, that I am having a time healing. But all good things come with time. NOw I have to learn to eat a different way, low fat, low calorie and low acidic foods. I am sure it will all be fine though. Guest guest
I think everyone is different Amy. The doctor told me I would have to eat differently too, but little did he know I already ate that way anyway. I suppose most of us do compared to the standard north american fare.
