Vegan-GF cornbread (for janet)

Hello! Regarding your question about GF

marshmallows... We found some on vacation in VT at a

store called Healthy Living. They were sooooo goooood,

albeit sooo expensive! (Nearly $5 for a bag!) Worth

it, though! The marshmallows were the VeganSweet

brand, which is also sold through a website and

catalog called " Pangea " or " Veganstore " . Lots of cool

stuff there! Hope this helps.
