Thank you for posting a cornbread recipe. I am always trying new ones

looking for the perfect corn bread. I miss it the most. This looks

like a good recipe and I am going to try it tomarrow for breakfast. Thanks

Nina,

Thanks for posting this! I LOVE Bob's All purpose flour and recipes that use it

usually turn out well for me. I have all the ingredients on hand to make this

(except I'll use Darifree since we are Soy free) My sister and I took a newly

diagnosed celiac mother & daughter to whole foods today for a shopping/learning

trip and we were talking about cornbread. I will pass this recipe on to her too

if that's OK. I got a few vegetarian books from my library, but they were heavy

on the eggs and goat cheese. I think I can use some of the ideas, but will have

to request through interlibrary loan some vegan books such as you recommended.

How does cornbread/corn muffins freeze?

Do you or anyone know if there is a vegan GFCF marshmallow out there?? (also soy

free?)
