SOY WHIPPED CREAM

 

Blend together until smooth:

 

1/2 c. water (3/4 c. if using Soyagen**check label ingredients)

1/2 c. soybase or soyagen

1 tsp vanilla

2/3 TBLS vegan liquid sweetener of choice

pinch salt

 

Add slowly:

 

3/4 c. oil

 

If using soyagen, less oil is required to thicken. Stop blender; fold

in:

 

1 tsp lemon juice

 

Mix and serve.

 

DELICIOUS!!!
