Guest guest Posted April 26, 2005 Report Share Posted April 26, 2005 SOY WHIPPED CREAM Blend together until smooth: 1/2 c. water (3/4 c. if using Soyagen**check label ingredients) 1/2 c. soybase or soyagen 1 tsp vanilla 2/3 TBLS vegan liquid sweetener of choice pinch salt Add slowly: 3/4 c. oil If using soyagen, less oil is required to thicken.
