Hibiscus Tea

Source: Taste of Health

This easily replaces sweetened tea. It's not only a beautiful color;

it smells and tastes fantastic. Make a gallon at time. To purchase

hibiscus flower tea bags, contact Mrs. Mango and Co.

2 quarts water

8 hibiscus flower tea bags

1/2 cup honey (or maple syrup)

Bring water to a boil and add tea bags. Steep for 30 minutes. Remove

bags and let cool. Add honey (or maple syrup) and serve cold.

Serves: 8

Calories per serving: 43
