Guest guest Posted April 26, 2005 Report Share Posted April 26, 2005 Cranberry Tea Source: Taste of Health 1 bag fresh cranberries, or 1 1/8 cup unsweetened pure cranberry juice 3 cinnamon sticks Juice from one orange Juice from one lemon 5 whole cloves 1/2 cup honey (or maple syrup) 1 1/2 quarts water and 1 1/2 cups water after cooking In a large Dutch oven, combine cranberries (or juice), cinnamon sticks, juices, cloves, honey and 1 1/2 quarts water. Simmer 45 - 60 minutes. Add remaining water. Strain out berries if used. Serve with a cinnamon stick in each glass. Great holiday tea!
