Guest guest Posted July 13, 2006 Report Share Posted July 13, 2006 Banana Nut Cookies 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 cup brown rice flour 3/4 cup potato starch 1/2 cup vegetable shortening 3/4 cup white sugar 1 cup bananas, mashed 1/2 cup ground walnuts 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. Sift dry ingredients together. Cream the shortening and the sugar. Add the pumpkin. Add the dry ingredients and nuts. Beat until smooth. 3.
