Almond Butter Pie Crust

 

3/4 c. Sweet Rice Flour

1/3 c. Almond Butter (or cashew butter)

1/3 tsp. Salt

1/4 c. Water

 

Mix first three ingredients thoroughly. Add water and mix well. Form into a

ball and roll between layers of plastic until the thickness of a pie crust.

Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned. Suitable for both sweet and

savory fillings.
