Guest guest Posted April 10, 2005 Report Share Posted April 10, 2005 Ambrosia 3 medium oranges 3 bananas 4 pear halves, fresh or canned (unsweetened) 1 medium size can unsweetened pineapple chunks 1/2 cup grated coconut (unsweetened) Cut oranges, bananas, and pears into chunks. Add pineapple and pineapple juice. Combine gently. Chill. Before serving sprinkle with coconut. *Fresh melon, other than watermelon, can be used in place of pears.
