Duct tape NOT good Barb! you want to be eating something after all, hmm maybe

you should write everything down for a week or so and see what changes you can

make (ie are you nibbling in an evening in which case could you do something to

keep your hands busy?)

Good going Dragon!

I need you here to slap a piece of duct tape over my mouth.

My diet muse has left me. I am still eating carefully as to fats/sweets, but my

portions are high.

I know it is a MUST make a calorie count as I can see you are doing well with

it.

Thanks for the encouraging share.

Dragon, you totally called me out! I eat put of boredom in the evenings. I

would like to hear what others do in the evenings. I teach in a highly

demanding school and have a 2.5 year old daughter. My husband lives across the

state 4 nights a week, so I have been trained to be constantly in motion during

daylight hours. Yet, I have a difficult time settling in the evenings and turn

to eating for something to do.

Where do you get your beautiful stitchings?

I normally stitch in an evening (and if it comes to that during the day as

well!), also because I can't carry a plate it does mean I can't nip to the

kitchen and get myself a load of stuff to scoff LOL

Did you want to know where I buy the stitching stuff from?
