Guest guest
Duct tape NOT good Barb! you want to be eating something after all, hmm maybe you should write everything down for a week or so and see what changes you can make (ie are you nibbling in an evening in which case could you do something to keep your hands busy?) I need you here to slap a piece of duct tape over my mouth. My diet muse has left me. I am still eating carefully as to fats/sweets, but my portions are high. I know it is a MUST make a calorie count as I can see you are doing well with it. Thanks for the encouraging share. Barb K AZ/OR
Guest guest
Dragon, you totally called me out! I eat put of boredom in the evenings. I would like to hear what others do in the evenings. I teach in a highly demanding school and have a 2.5 year old daughter. My husband lives across the state 4 nights a week, so I have been trained to be constantly in motion during daylight hours. Yet, I have a difficult time settling in the evenings and turn to eating for something to do. Where do you get your beautiful stitchings? Cassie " life's a garden, dig it! Guest guest
I normally stitch in an evening (and if it comes to that during the day as well!), also because I can't carry a plate it does mean I can't nip to the kitchen and get myself a load of stuff to scoff LOL Did you want to know where I buy the stitching stuff from?
