I approved this message without having been able to view the site

properly (something I don't do normally). I understand this is

promoted by an eco-friendly group of some sort, but am a little hazy

on just what it is doing. Perhaps others can enlighten me? Anyway,

make what you can of it. I'm all for 'alternative' health as long as

it doesn't require real magic, which I suspect even more than I do

conventional health advice LOL

Thanks for giving my post the benefit of the doubt. This site is like an

alternative health youtube. If it is not too intrusive I can forward a

raw/vegetarian/vegan recipe a week or so. There is plenty there to share!
