Guest guest Posted February 1, 2004 Report Share Posted February 1, 2004 Carrot and Tofu Stir-fry 1 Tbsp. oil 16 oz. tofu, firm, crumbled 1 lb. carrots, shredded 1/3 c. sesame seeds 1/3 c. Tamari Sauce or Bragg's Aminos dash sesame oil (optional) 4 cups brown rice, cooked Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the carrots and saute them for about 10 minutes. Add the crumbled tofu and cook until it reaches a consistency you like---maybe another 10 minutes. After everything is tender/crisp add the soy sauce and sesame seeds, along with the sesame oil.
