Guest guest Posted April 10, 2005 Report Share Posted April 10, 2005 Cashew Banana Cream Pie 3 bananas 3/4 cup cashews 1 1/2 cups water 18 dates 2 Tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla Blend all ingredients, except bananas, and mix until smooth. Add one more cup of water and blend thoroughly. Cook over low heat until mixture thickens. Cool. Slice bananas and place one layer on baked pie crust, cover with half of cooked filling.
